With each new enrolment, parents of EwSwimmers are asked to download the EwSwim Customer Portal (from your preferred App Store) for handy access to details on your child’s swim classes – past and present; current term dates; to notify absences; and arrange a *Make-Up class.

*Note: EwSwim offers 2 Make-Up classes max. per student per term.  To be eligible for a Make-Up class, a minimum 3-hours’ notice of absence must be given prior to your child’s lesson starting, using the EwSwim App.  With a click of a button, simply load your absence on to the customer portal, and book a Make-Up class (can be done now or at a later time.)

Please remember, Make-Up classes are offered as a courtesy; are subject to availability; and cannot be guaranteed.  They are only valid to be used in the current term and do not carry over.
